Mrs. Vilma Qerama is one of the Core Participants of the Reinventing Democracy in the Digital Era - European co-Laboratory project.
Her Peer Empowerment and Support Mentors is Joshua Forstenzer.
Vilma has a Bachelor Science Degree in Computer Engineering and on 2011 she graduated in Master of Science in Computer Science. She has followed different scientific and technology related workshops. She actually works as a Team Leader of the Computer - Telephony Integration Team, in a company in Albania.
