Mrs. Vilma Qerama is one of the Core Participants of the Reinventing Democracy in the Digital Era - European co-Laboratory project.

Her Peer Empowerment and Support Mentors is Joshua Forstenzer.

Vilma has a Bachelor Science Degree in Computer Engineering and on 2011 she graduated in Master of Science in Computer Science. She has followed different scientific and technology related workshops. She actually works as a Team Leader of the Computer - Telephony Integration Team, in a company in Albania. She has worked for four years as a System Engineer at the Inter-Ministerial Maritime Operational Centre (IMOC) in Albania.

Vilma is part of the co-founders of 360 Social Innovation, NGO in Albania, active in the wider field of social, entrepreneurial, technological and scientific development. She likes innovations that contribute in making people happy.
