Kwansei Gakuin University

The Kwansei Gakuin University, colloquially abbreviated to Kangaku, is a university located in Nishinomiya, Sanda, Osaka City, and Tokyo, Japan.

The Regional Coordinator for Reinventing Democracy in the Digital Era is Paul Hays, Professor of Web Technology, at the Department of Applied Informatics, School of Policy Studies, Kwansei Gakuen University. The University accepted to sponsor the project.
