Licha Bechara is a Shadow Participant of Karim Chalhoub. Licha Bechara is a Lebanese citizen, 23 years old and his year of birth is 1993. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. He currently work at ECB Co. as a project manager for various contracts his firm receives from the government or municipalities. Therefore, he is in constant contact with government employees and municipality members.
