Themba Magawa is a Shadow Participant of James Gondwe. James is one of the Core participants of the African Initiative. Themba is based in Malawi, Africa.Themba Magawa is a qualified irrigation specialist with a diploma in Irrigation technology obtained from the Natural Resources College. Working with center for youth and development as a project coordinator on a project in titled involving youth in democracy.
As a human activist Themba believes that a democratic system can only work if citizens of the country participate, lobbying youth into active participation in democracy is the tool to achieve change in the society.
As a project coordinator at center for youth and development his main role is to provide public administration and Natural governance, promoting democracy and governance and responding effectively to areas of great need and potential. He is also involved in maintaining, updating and expanding Data sets and documents that assist with analysis and reporting of democracy and governance assistance at center for youth and development.
