Andi Laudisio was born at the city of Elbeuf in Normandy (France) and he is 20 years old, has a IT Engineering background and completed with a Master in Public Administration. He is currently a Digital consultant in an international company. Having a strong experience with regional authorities, he did several consultancy missions about public transparency and digital questions. His professional thesis was about Open Data, for a Local Authority in Normandie Region.
