İncinur Yılgın is a core participant of the Reinventing Democracy in the Digital Era - African Co-Laboratory.
Her Peer Empowerment and Support Mentors is Teresa Tourvas.
İncinur Yılgın was born in Bursa Yenişehir on 30th August 1994. She studied law at Dokuz Eylül University in İzmir. İncinur Yılgın also studies International Relations at Anadolu University and Sociology at Atatürk University. She has been an intern at Önder Law Firm and works as a volunteer English Language Trainer in various English courses. She is fluent in English, Turkish.
İncinur Yılgın has been part of the European Law Students Association (ELSA), organizing various activities across Izmir. Recently she collaborated with a lecturer on his research on motivation which has been presented at Bogaziçi University, Istanbul and Oxford University, England. An avid reader, she loves the works of Orhan Pamuk, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, George Orwell and J.K Rowling amongst others.
