Ion Muschei is one of the Core Participants of the European SDDP of the Reinventing Democracy in the Digital Era project. He is from Romania. He studied International Relations and European Studies at Facultatea de Filosofie si Stiinte Social-Politice , UAIC, Iasi, Romania.
Ion's Peer Empowerment and Support Mentors is Barnabas Mwansa.
