Ethan Safir is a core participant of the Middle East and North African (MENA) Initiative. Him Peer Empowerment and Support Mentors is Teresa Tourvas.


Ethan Safir studied in Tel Aviv university, Politics and Sociology. During his studies Ethan Safir went to Stockholm university where he studied Gender Sociology and Fashion. Ethan Safir has worked in a politic party in Israel for 2 years and after worked in a law office. Later he moved to Brazil to study there in a private school.


In Israel, Ethan Safir involved in LGBTQ organizations, helping teens and adults to understand their sexuality and support in need for help. The organization is fighting for gay marriage and equal rights to all the LGBTQ people in Israel. Ethan Safir now works for PR company and wish to continue his studies.
