Carlos Elia is a Shadow Participant of Deloris Saad. Carlos Elia was born and raised in Lebanon, has a dual BS in Biology and Chemical Engineering and a graduate degree in Chemical engineering. He has considerable work experience in ensuring the compliance with environmental standards within the industrial field.
