Hekmat Francis is a Shadow Participant of Deloris Saad. Hekmat Francis, born and raised in Lebanon, has a BS in Electrical Engineering. He has been actively involved with youth empowering organizations both political and apolitical since 2006. He has been an active member in one of the biggest political parties in Lebanon, and thus involved in the design, implementation and evaluation of big social events aiming at raising awareness on several issues faced by youth nowadays. He has always been interested in the evolution of democracy within a historical framework and particularly in Lebanon.
