Traveling expenses

The project aspires to involve youth from around the world including people with limited opportunities and will offer financial assistance to those who are not able to contribute towards the airfare expenses. But as the project operates with limited funds, participants are expected to contribute towards flight expenses if they are able to.

Participants have the following three options:

1. I/My organization can cover the full price of the airfare.
2. I/My organization can only cover a part of the price of the airfare and therefore I would require financial assistance from the hosting organization*. I/My organization will cover the remaining cost.
3. I/My organization cannot contribute towards the flight expenses and I would require full financial support from the hosting organization.

Note:*The host will cover up to $267.00 of the overall price of the airfare.
