'''Mariana Rojas''' is from Colombia and is a political scientist at the Rosario University in Bogotá. She has worked with victims of the Colombian armed conflict, and has experience in developing vulnerable communities. Mariana also has experience in the public and private sector, and is currently working with processes of true, justice and reparation. Her academic interests lie in alternative mechanisms of participation and peacebuilding such as art and culture, as well as work with armed groups and victims of violence. She’s currently a member of La Panga collective. She participated in the workshop Reinventing Democracy in Latin America in 2016.


Nuri Silay studied Industrial Engineering in Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus and then completed his PgDip in Business Information Technology in Kingston University London. He worked in private sector to manage financial and intellectual resources of some companies. Then he moved to civil society sector with the sense of social responsibility. He worked in various EU and UNDP funded conflict resolution, peace building and reconciliation projects for the economic and social sustainability of Cyprus and MENA region.
