Chindikani Sibande is a Shadow Participant of James Gondwe. James is one of the Core participants of the African Initiative. Chindikani is based in Malawi, Africa. Chindikani is a Social Development worker currently working for Centre for Youth and Development as a Programs Support Assistant. His work at CYD is a natural fit for him as it involves working with Children and young people, both categories he is passionate of and enjoys working with.
