Mustafa Abitoğlu is a Shadow Participant of Nuri Silay. Nuri is one of the Core participants of the European Initiative. Mustafa Abitoğluis based in Cyprus. He studied Political Sciences for his bachelor degree, International Relations for his masters degree at Eastern Mediterranean University of Cyprus. He was very proactive in sivil sociery sector, and was the project coordinator of the Cyprus Turkish Human Rights Association (KTİHV) in northern side of Cyprus.
