Mr. Nuri Silay is one of the Core Participants of the European SDDP of the Reinventing Democracy in the Digital Era project.
Nuri Silay studied Industrial Engineering in Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus and then completed his PgDip in Business Information Technology in Kingston University London.
