Holding a bachelor of engineering and currently working at a contracting firm that constantly deals with governmental and private contracts. This type of work frequently exposes '''Raed Mrad''' to how the public sector is currently being operated (in his field of work) which showed him how lacking the system is. From core systems to inefficient employees without any true control, the system is weak and requires a major overhaul. This translates into an inefficient system that is on the head of the democratic system in his country.
