Yanis Khalifa is a Shadow Participant of Takwa Makhlouf. Yanis Khalifa Born at the city of Elbeuf in Normandy (France) and he is 27 years old, has a IT Engineering background, which he completed with a Master in Public Administration. He is currently a Digital consultant in an international company. Having a strong experience with regional authorities, he did several consultancy missions about public transparency and digital questions. His professional thesis was about Open Data, for a Local Authority in Normandie Region. Member and founder of several associations, Yanis believes in citizens impact on the society and in the youth fundamental role. Yanis Khalifa is participating actively in the French political life. He was elected on 18 June 2017 as deputy member of the French Parliament.
