FOFANA Ousmane Kerfala, the President Founder of NGO Together as One for Development Exchange Programs abroad for promoting the peace and educational revolution (http://as1together.wix.com/ngo1 ). Served as a campus ambassador of project Indiafrica a Shared Future (www.indiafrica.in) aims at engaging multiple stakeholders in India and Africa through contests, fellowships, discussions, events, collaborative projects and cultural exchanges.Also experienced, first-hand, the comforting effect of being able to contact an adviser who genuinely cares for the success of children, refugees etc.And Experience in Emergency work as a volunteer with International Rescue Committee (http://www.rescue.org ). 2015 appointed as the coach and trainer for Youth Leadership at EST and served as the facilitator and trainer at Global Shaper Community Meknes-Hub .He understand the need for academic advisement and program planning in a nontraditional higher education environment. During my undergraduate period, He served as a general secretary and President of confederation of African Students and Trainee in Morocco and organized several events about different issues. I have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Flexibility, patience and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, and the ability to work well in a team as well as independently which will permit me to work with you as well.
25/26 March 2015 2nd Edition of Together As One Youth Leadership Training Together As One and in collaboration with Global Shapers Meknes Hub organized held the Second Edition of Youth for Peace & Leadership Training on 25/26 March 2015at Ecole Supérieure de Technologie (EST) de Meknes, Morocco. The training provided over 110 young participants with the knowledge and skills to promote peace and culture of tolerance. The training aims were to provide a combination of experience and knowledge from the areas of Peace and leadership necessary to develop the skills needed to effectively lead, and to maximize the interaction between participants, with the objective to increase the global competitiveness peace of national and International organizations, institutions and individuals.
2013-2014 -Youth/Adult Partnerships On March 13th, 2014 at the Faculty of Sciences in Meknes , Together as one started a traing program that aim to provide Leadership courses for All University Students . The program started about around 250 participants from various faculties and aged between 18 and 30 and have a good level in English benefited from this training. for more information click [1]
