Chindikani Sibande is a Shadow Participant of James Gondwe. James is one of the Core participants of the African Initiative. Chindikani is based in Malawi, Africa. Chindikani is a Social Development worker currently working for Centre for Youth and Development as a Programs Support Assistant. His work at CYD is a natural fit for him as it involves working with Children and young people, both categories he is passionate of and enjoys working with.
He is passionate of Youth Development and devotes his time mobilizing and building the capacity of Children and Young People to participate in development activities.
He has served in various other organizations and he is a member of various networks calling for respect for the rule of law, youth engagement in Governance and political processes and respect for human rights.
