Rosemary is an Associate Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management, Kenya. She holds an executive Masters in Business Administration from Moi University, Kenya with a specialization in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Education (Arts) from Kenyatta University, Kenya. She also holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, and has undertaken specialized courses in training and development, crisis management, workplace coaching, anti-corruption,  financial data management systems, archive management, programme management and administration.  
Rosemary is an Associate Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management, Kenya. She holds an executive Masters in Business Administration from Moi University, Kenya with a specialization in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Education (Arts) from Kenyatta University, Kenya. She also holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, and has undertaken specialized courses in training and development, crisis management, workplace coaching, anti-corruption,  financial data management systems, archive management, programme management and administration.  
She has 14 years’ work experience in  organizing and following up of local and regional meetings and conferences. In her most recent employment as a Programme Administrator for the Regional Section at the Embassy of Sweden in Nairobi, she was in charge of travel administration, which involved identifying conference venues and participants, collating and circulating conference material, following up on visa applications, booking and issuing tickets and transport management, among other tasks. She has experience in budget preparation, generation of financial reports for departmental budgets and reviewing and reporting on the same. She is also experienced in procurement, evaluation of suppliers and payment processing. As part of the quality assurance team at the embassy, she gained sound experience in quality control and financial management, and was relied upon to support financial planning and monitoring. She was part of a team that developed and reviewed on an annual basis, a joint communication plan for Swedish embassies working in the region. Rosemary also assisted in the development and implementation of a communication strategy for the Resource Centre for Rural Development at the embassy and was instrumental in streamlining of administrative routines and procedures, utilizing her coaching and mentorship skills to successfully induct new members of staff.
