After completing his BSc at Portland State University, Randolph Dilday joined the Future Worlds Center as an intern with the Global Education Unit in September 2013. At the Future Worlds Center Randolph worked on several EuropeAid funded projects, including Civil Society Acts Beyond Borders, and The World From Our Doorstep, and with the Humanitarian Affairs Unit. On the Youth of the World project he served as Project Coordinator from January - July 2014.

Subsequently, Randolph attended Central European University in Budapest, Hungary on a full-fellowship. At Central European University, an institution uniquely poised on the frontier of democracy, he pursued his MA in Public Policy. His studies focused international policy making and commodified sovereignty, and culminated with his graduate thesis For Sale: Flags of Convenience and the Commodification of Sovereignty in the European Union.

Randolph is experienced in intercultural communication, leadership, and collaboration, international policymaking, nonprofit-private sector partnerships, research, and policy writing. He is interested in the nexus of conflict, new technologies, and dialogue.
