İncinur Yılgın is a core participant of the Middle East and North African (MENA) Initiative.
Her Peer Empowerment and Support Mentors is Teresa Tourvas.
İncinur Yılgın was born in Bursa Yenişehir in August 1994. She studied law at Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir. İncinur Yılgın also studies International Relations at Anadolu University and Sociology at Atatürk University.
