Gibson Chisale is a Shadow Participant of James Gondwe. James is one of the Core participants of the African Initiative. Gibson is based in Malawi, Africa. He is a Youth activist and theatre artist. He is the Founder and Director of PACE FOR SOCIAL CHANGE. He is so passionate of Youth Development and has committed his life to working with young people using Theatre.
He is also the Senior Theatre Facilitator for a Young in Prison Project implemented by the Music Crossroads, Regional Coordinator For Malawi Human Rights Youth network.
Gibson has been instrumental in enhancing youth participation in Governance in Mzuzu and in the Northern region through conceptualizing the ‘Enhancing Youth Participation in Governance Structures Project” implemented in Mzuzu City by the Mzuzu Youth Association with funding form Tilitonse Fund.
