He is a student of law and leadership. He was selected as one of the (IIG) Top 40 Under 30 Emerging Zimbabwean Leaders for 2015.


İncinur Yılgın is also attached to various local and international Organizations that work on Youths and Women social and development issues tackling poverty, Human Rights Violation, injustice, Violence against women and other issues that undermines development. Ethan Safir is a core participant of the Middle East and North African (MENA) Initiative. Him Peer Empowerment and Support Mentors is Teresa Tourvas.


Ethan Safir studied in Tel Aviv university, Politics and Sociology. During his studies Ethan Safir went to Stockholm university where he studied Gender Sociology and Fashion. Ethan Safir has worked in a politic party in Israel for 2 years and after worked in a law office. Later he moved to Brazil to study there in a private school.


In Israel, Ethan Safir involved in LGBTQ organizations, helping teens and adults to understand their sexuality and support in need for help.
