Desen Çizenel is a Shadow Participant of Nuri Silay. Nuri is one of the Core participants of the European Initiative. Desen Çizenel is an architect and based in Cyprus. Born in Kyrenia, Cyprus, 1977.Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) in 2001.
