Deloris Saad is an advocate for Social Justice, Human Rights Defender, development practitioner, trainer, blogger, citizen Journalist, communication enthusiast and who has vast experience in working with Youths and women through MAYO Zimbabwe the organization he founded at a the age of 16. He is a student of law and leadership. He was selected as one of the (IIG) Top 40 Under 30 Emerging Zimbabwean Leaders for 2015.

She is currently pursuing her graduate degree in Public Policy and International Affairs at the American University of Beirut (AUB). She has been actively involved in the design, implementation and monitoring & evaluation of national, regional and international projects promoting human rights particularly women’s access to justice, domestic violence, early marriage, active participation of older people in humanitarian interventions, child protection, mental health among refugees and harm reduction & substance abuse since 2012 with major stakeholders such as UN Women, WHO, UNICEF, UNHCR, Oxfam GB, Kvinna till Kvinna, and so on.
 
'''Deloris Saad''' is currently an evaluation consultant at HelpAge International – the biggest international network promoting older people’s rights- as well as a program coordinator at Aie Serve, a Lebanese NGO promoting the notions of respect, acceptance and love as well as empowering youth and promoting volunteerism across borders. Her passion for human rights and the fair representation of all individuals within a society has been reflected in her work with various target groups and her active participation in many civil rights movements/programs.


Deloris Saad is also attached to various local and international Organizations that work on Youths and Women social and development issues tackling poverty, Human Rights Violation, injustice, Violence against women and other issues that undermines development. He believes that people achieve astonishing results because they have Desire!! Desire creates commitment and helps you to overcome obstacles.
