Carlos Elia is a Shadow Participant of Deloris Saad. Carlos Elia was born and raised in Lebanon, has a dual BS in Biology and Chemical Engineering and a graduate degree in Chemical engineering. He has considerable work experience in ensuring the compliance with environmental standards within the industrial field. Moreover, he has taken on several tutoring jobs for underprivileged youth specifically to assist them in adapting to the Lebanese educational system. Also, he has been an active participant and contributer to many NGOs such as Sesobel. He has been one of the main organizers for an electoral campaign particularly in its marketing and on-site support and supervision.
