Sidumisile Tshabalala is a Shadow Participant of Jedidah Millapo. Jedidah is one of the Core participants of the African Initiative.

Sidumisile Tshabalala is a creative, sociable, good team player and vision driven young woman with a Professional Diploma in Project Design, Monitoring and evaluation, as well as an Honours degree in Development studies. She is a Development practitioner with experience in Youth Activism, community participation, project management, applied research and campaign methodologies, capacity building, facilitation skills, human rights issues ,proposal writing and coordination and management skills and has innovative skills backed with analytical attributes.Sidumisile is a Volunteer with Activista Zimbabwe (Bulawayo Chapter ) as well Youth for innovation Trust which sees the distribution of Sanitary wear in Zimbabwe’s Matabeleland south and mentors young women During school functions mainly in Bulawayo.Sidumisile is fascinated by communication for development, Gender and Women’s rights, Children’srights, as well as Governance and has a passion for creating enabling environment for the marginalised.

Her professional goal is to furnish communities with lucrative solutions to development as well asidentity and work with individuals, groups and organizationsthat have the pizzazz for development.
