Ileke Gondwe is a Shadow Participant of James Gondwe. James is one of the Core participants of the African Initiative. Ileke is based in the Northern part of Malawi, Africa. She is a Public Health Practitioner with in-depth knowledge in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation. Hardworking, reliable, self-motivated and confident young lady with a sober mind. She is skilled in organizing and carrying out trainings, coaching and mentorship for children, youth, teachers, health workers and stakeholders. Above all she is God fearing.

She is passionate of working with people from multiple and diverse backgrounds in order to help improve their health and general wellbeing.

She joined Centre for Youth and Development in 2016 and since then she has been involved in different projects and has attended to different workshops and trainings on governance and youth involvements in the country. She currently trains youth groups in different societies in Malawi on health, governance, and youth development.
