Appiah Evelyn Opoku is a core participant of the Reinventing Democracy in the Digital Era - African Co-Laboratory.

Her Peer Empowerment and Support Mentors is Mihaela Bolohan.


Appiah is a young youth activist from Ghana, is a graduate from the University of Ghana, with honors in Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Currently she is doing her national service with cocobod Ghana and with the warehousing Ports and Operations department.

Evelyn is a fully fledged young lady fully with a depth of knowledge about youth development and youth empowerment. She has a strong will to develop young adults in her locality and beyond, encouraging them and empowering them to take up responsibilities in the society, and to contribute positively to their various locals. She enjoys reading, researching and taking up challenging roles and tasks. She enjoys swimming at her leisure time.
